Aloo Methi Paratha

Aloo Methi Paratha

Ingredients:
Potato - 2 nos
Methi leaves
Wheat
Salt
water
oil

Preparation:

Make dough by adding the ingredients wheat, salt and water also add one teaspoon oil. Potato needs to be cooked well and finely mash the cooked potato. Make balls of dough and roll it. Next we have to add mashed potato and methi leaves and wrap into chappathi. Again roll the chappathi. Then cook the paratha both the sides in a pan. Apply some ghee or oil when baking. Aloo methi paratha is ready to serve with yoghurt.

Paneer Potato Kurma


Paneer Potato Kuruma



Ingredients:

Paneer   - 200gm
Potato - one 
Green chilli - 2nos
Ginger - one small piece
Garlic - 3-4 pieces
Jeera - half teaspoon
Turmeric powder - one teaspoon
Kasoori methi - 3/4 teaspoon
Tomato - 2 nos medium
Onion - 1 big
Nuts - 6 nos
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander leaves, Salt, Water, Oil (as needs)





Preparation:-


Fry onion pieces in a pan with little oil. 
Put some oil in a pan and allow jeera to splutter. then add ginger,
garlic chilli paste. Add paneer pieces into that and fry it. Add cooked potatoes as well.
Make a paste of fried onion, tomato and nuts. If paneer become
golden color add  this paste into that. Also add turmeric powder, 
kasuri methi, garam masala and salt. Let it stir for 10 minutes.
